All our programs and matching services are free to employers. We have year-round and summer seasonal programs that enable us to offer you, the employer, financial incentives to hire and train youth. Our Job Developers are ready to assist you with all areas of new employee recruitment and retention.

Share Your Job Posting

When you share your job posting with our Job Developers, we post it for you free on the YOU web site. Our staff have access to hundreds of youth ready and willing to work. You will receive qualified applicants!

Help with Job Applicants

Just opening your business? Too busy to interview? No place to interview? Our Job Developers can save you time by sending you the resumes that meet your needs. And, we have boardrooms and offices you can access to conduct your interviews.

Trained Applicants

All youth in YOU programs receive valuable Health and Safety training before a resume reaches you. Other industry specific training is available free of cost to youth in YOU programs such as Safe Food Handling, Smart Serve and Service Excellence. Youth have also engaged in workshops and 1-1 sessions regarding employer expectations, workplace conventions and job retention skills. Youth involved in Enterprise Services have months of hands-on experience in retail, kitchen, environmental recycling and woodworking.

Support

Once your job posting is filled we will help you develop training plans and we can provide safety equipment and other supports for youth you have hired from our programs.
