All our programs and matching services are free to employers. We have year-round and summer seasonal programs that enable us to offer you, the employer, financial incentives to hire and train youth. Summer Jobs Programs

Summer Jobs Programs endeavour to create meaningful employment opportunities and provide training to youth with little or no experience. A first summer job is integral to the personal and professional development of every young person. Employers are able to increase their opportunities for training and employment through these programs.

Summer Jobs for Youth (SJFY)

Provides pre-employment workshops, health and safety orientation and job maintenance training. SJFY provides placements with a wage of $10.25/hr paid directly to the youth employee by YOU.

Provides job search assistance, resume development and job matching opportunities for students. A $2/hr wage subsidy is available to employers.
