R. Lance Ceaser Director

R. Lance Ceaser is a management-side labour and employment lawyer with the London office of Filion Wakely Thorup Angeletti LLP. He has been in practice since 2003 representing employers in all sectors. His areas of practice include labour arbitration, human rights, employment standards and occupational health and safety. Lance is a member of the Ontario Bar Association (OBA) and the Middlesex Law Association and is currently the Southwest region Chair of the OBA – Young Lawyers’ Division. He is an Associate Editor of the Canada Labour Relations Board Reports and mentor for Pro-Bono Students Canada. Lance graduated from The University of Western Ontario with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in English, Masters in English from the University of New Brunswick and LLB from The University of Western Ontario.
