Phil Masschelein Vice President

Phil Masschelein is Vice President, Land, Sifton Properties Limited where he oversees all stages of the land development process. He joined Sifton Properties in 1977. His current portfolio requires extensive interaction with federal, provincial and municipal government staff and politicians. He is a member of the London Home Builder’s Association as well as the Ontario and Canadian associations and is active in the Keep London Growing Coalition and the London Development Institute. Phil is part-time lecturer of Land Development Economics at Fanshawe College and is a graduate of The University of Western Ontario, receiving an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Urban Development.
